Britam Secures Top Employer Africa 2025 Certification Across Four Countries
Nairobi, August 21st 2025… Britam has achieved a historic milestone by being certified as a Top Employer Africa 2025, following the successful certification in its operations in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and Mozambique. This marks the first time Britam has attained the prestigious Africa Seal from the globally renowned Top Employers Institute (TEI). This achievement builds on Britam’s certification as a Top Employer Kenya in 2024, now maintained for the second consecutive year, and expanded in 2025 to include Uganda, Rwanda, and Mozambique.
Notably, Britam attained an overall score of 94.3%, surpassing the global benchmark and showing significant improvement across all the People and HR domains assessed by the Top Employers Institute.
This recognition reinforces Britam’s leadership in creating a workplace where employees thrive, contribute to a winning culture, and deliver meaningful impact across the continent. It highlights Britam’s outstanding people practices across six core HR domains and 20 critical areas, including people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, diversity & inclusion, and wellbeing.
