Partnership and Digital team Hosts Workshop on Enhancing Customer Experience.
Britam’s Partnership and Digital team led by Evah Kimani, in partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) recently hosted to a two-day workshop titled #InnovatingWithAmazon [The Working Backwards Engagement]. The workshop was aimed at improving customer experience and convenience. The workshop was led by Matt Twilley Head of Digital Innovation for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at Amazon. Twilley guided the discussions on prioritizing customer convenience and presented a variety of options and deals to the attendees. The workshop aimed to improve the customer experience and promote business growth. During the event, our Group Managing Director and CEO, Tom Gitogo highlighted the importance of understanding and meeting the needs of today's customers who demand convenience, choice, and affordability. He emphasized the need to think big and embrace innovation in the quest to provide top-notch customer experience.
