Eligibility Criteria
  • University degree in any of the following areas: Business Related fields, Technology and Data science, Engineering, Health and Sciences, Art and Social Sciences with a second class upper division and above or equivalent.
  • Graduated within the last 2 years or has completed coursework and is awaiting graduation in 2025.
  • Overall KCSE Grade B+ and above or equivalent.

The Britam Graduate Trainee Program (GTP) is designed to attract, develop, and retain top-tier young talent across seven countries (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Mozambique, Rwanda, Malawi, and South Sudan). The two-year immersive program provides multi-disciplinary exposure, international rotations, leadership development, and structured mentorship to shape the next generation of Britam leaders.

  • University degree in any of the following areas: Business Related fields, Technology and Data science, Engineering, Health and Sciences, Art and Social Sciences.
  • Pursuit or completion of professional certifications (CFA, CPA, ACCA, CISA, CIPD, Actuarial exams, Digital Marketing, Project Management) is an added advantage.
  • Graduated within the last 3 years. (2023,2024 & 2025).
  • Overall B+ in KCSE, with a minimum of B+ in both English & Mathematics or its equivalent.   

The Graduate Trainee Program will run for 2 years.
