Eligibility Criteria 

• Must be a citizen of the hiring country;
• Must be a student pursuing an undergraduate degree in a related field at an accredited university and plan to continue their graduate studies or graduate immediately after completing the internship period;
• The internship program's duration must not exceed six (6) months;and
• Candidates who have previously participated in an internship program at Britam are not eligible to apply.

Industrial Attachment 

These are students from recognized training institutions attached to the Company for training purposes. Attachment will only be given as per requirement for the completion of one's studies in the recognized University or College. The students will be required to undertake personal accident cover insurance valid during the period of attachment. Students on attachment will be engaged for a maximum period of three (3) months. 

Eligibility Criteria 

• Must be a citizen of the hiring country; and
• Must have completed their coursework and be in their fourth year of studies, awaiting graduation.

If you are selected for the internship or industrial attachment program, the following documents will be required:

• A letter from your learning institution requesting the internship and confirming that it is a course requirement;
• Copies of your KCSE/GCSE certificate and university transcripts;
• Proof of personal insurance coverage;
• An updated curriculum vitae (CV);and
• A copy of your national identification (ID) card.
